To provide a compact electric pedal switch for construction machinery and construction machinery including the same.SOLUTION: The pedal switch 90 for construction machinery, an electric pedal switch installed in construction machinery, includes: an operating member 1; a magnet 3; and a magnetic detection sensor 5. The operating member 1 rotates around a first rotation axis A1 by an operator's pedal operation. The magnet 3 rotates around a second rotation axis A2 by rotation of the operating member 1.
