IMPROVEMENT STRUCTURE AND IMPROVEMENT METHOD OF EXISTING QUAY WALL
To provide an improvement structure and an improvement method of an existing quay wall which can be applied even when a construction on a land section is limited.SOLUTION: An improvement structure 1 of an existing quay wall of this invention comprises: a new wall body 3 installed with a predetermined gap between itself and an existing wall body 23, in a water area side of the vertically standing existing wall body 23 in an existing sheet pile type quay wall 19, a gravity type quay wall 16, a cell type quay wall and the like; a filling material 5 arranged in the gap; a plurality of piles 7 installed on a water bottom face at the water area side of the new wall body 3; a pile head connection structure 9 connecting head portions of the plurality of piles 7; and a horizontal force transmission member 11 provided at the new wall body 3 side of the pile head connection structure 9 so as to extend in a width direction of the new wall body and transmitting a horizontal force received from the existing wall body 23 via the new wall body 3 to the pile head connection structure 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】陸上部での施工が制限される場合にも適用可能な既存岸壁の改良構造及び改良方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る既存岸壁の改良構造１は、既存の矢板式岸壁１９又は重力式岸壁１６、重力式岸壁１６等における直立した既存壁体２３の水域側に既存壁体２３と所定の隙間を設けて打設された新設壁体３と、前記隙間に配設された間詰材５と、新設壁体３の水域側水底面に打設された複数の杭７と、複数の杭７の頭部を連結する杭頭連結構造９と、杭頭連結構造９における新設壁体３側に前記新設壁体幅方向に延在するように設けられて既存壁体２３から新設壁体３を介して受ける水平力を杭頭連結構造９に伝達する水平力伝達部材１１とを備えたことを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図１
