To provide a mechanical parking apparatus enabling more integrated and effective service and increased safety.SOLUTION: A mechanical parking apparatus is provided with an internal camera 8 capable of photographing a positional relationship between a parking vehicle 3 and a tray 7 in a boarding chamber 6, an imaging processing apparatus 14 comprising a vehicle guide part 19 which determines the positional relationship between the parking vehicle 3 and the tray 7 by using image data taken by the internal camera 8 to extract vehicle guide information corresponding thereto, and a guide information notifying apparatus 24 which notifies a driver of the parking vehicle 3 of the vehicle guide information by the vehicle guide part 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
