MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF RECYCLED ASPHALT MIXTURE
To be able to restore flexibility and improve fatigue durability of deteriorated old asphalt.SOLUTION: A recycled asphalt mixture manufacturing device 1 classifies by a sieve 2 asphalt recycled aggregates into first recycled aggregates a with relatively large particle sizes of 13 mm to over 5 mm and second recycled aggregates b with relatively small particle sizes of 5 mm to over 0 mm. The first recycled aggregates a are put into a granulator 3 to separate parts of the old asphalt on the surface of the recycled aggregates. After that, with a sieve 4, the aggregates are classified into third recycled aggregates ab with relatively large particle sizes of 13 mm to over 5 mm and fourth recycled aggregates bb with relatively small particle sizes of 5 mm to 0 mm. The fourth recycled aggregates bb and the second recycled aggregates b, which have the same small particle sizes, are mixed, further, asphalt mortar is manufactured by mixing at least either new asphalt, or recycling additive d, or workability improving agent e. And asphalt mixture is manufactured by further mixing the third recycled aggregates ab.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
