To provide a sash water cut-off structure, a sash frame, a sash water cut-off kit, and a water cut-off member installation method, which are simple in structure but can suppress inundation from a building opening at the time of a flood.SOLUTION: A sash water cut-off structure includes a sash frame 10 having an upper frame 11, a lower frame 12, and a pair of left and right vertical frames 13 and 14, a water cut-off sheet 31 arranged from the lower frame 12 to a predetermined height H of the pair of left and right vertical frames 13 and 14 so as to cover at least a part of a sash opening 15 surrounded by the sash frame 10 from the outdoor side, a seal portion 32 for ensuring water-tightness between the sash frame 10 and the water cut-off sheet 31, and a fixing member 33 that is detachably fastened and fixed to the sash frame 10 in a state where the water cut-off sheet 31 and the seal portion 32 are sandwiched between the sash frame 10 and the fixing member, and the sash frame 10 has a holder portion 16 formed for engaging a fastening member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
