MANUFACTURING METHOD OF OUTER WALL PANEL, AND BASIC ASSEMBLY CRADLE FOR OPEN FACILITY
To provide a manufacturing method of an outer wall panel and a basic assembly cradle for an open facility capable of simplifying a substrate of the open facility assembled into the outer wall panel and disposing the open facility in an opening of the outer wall panel with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of an outer wall panel 5, the outer wall panel 5 having an open facility 4 is manufactured by using a basic assembly cradle 1 for an outer wall panel for assembling the outer wall panel 5 comprising a plurality of outer wall face materials 51 and a panel substrate (vertical furring strips 52a, 52b, a lateral furring strip 52c) positioned at a rear face side of the outer wall face material 51 at a place different from an attachment position of a building skeleton to which the outer wall panel 5 is attached. In a manufacturing process of the outer wall panel 5, an open facility 100 with the panel substrate (the lateral furring strip 52c) which is manufactured using a basic assembly cradle 6 for an open facility in advance or along with a manufacture of the outer wall panel is assembled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】外壁パネルに組み込む開口設備の下地を簡素化でき、また、外壁パネルの開口に開口設備を精度よく配置することができる外壁パネルの作製方法および開口設備地組架台を提供する。【解決手段】この外壁パネルの作製方法は、複数の外壁面材51および当該外壁面材51の背面側に位置するパネル下地材(縦胴縁52a、52b、横胴縁52c)を備える外壁パネル5を当該外壁パネル5が取り付けられる建物躯体の取付箇所とは異なる場所で組み立てるための外壁パネル地組架台1を用いて、開口設備4を有する外壁パネル5を作製する。この外壁パネル5の作製過程で、予め或いは当該外壁パネルの作製と並行して開口設備地組架台6で作製しておいた、パネル下地材(横胴縁52c)付きの開口設備100を組み込む。【選択図】図6
