DECORATIVE BOARD CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE, DECORATIVE BOARD AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a decorative board construction structure, a decorative board and its construction method that can save construction labor and shorten the construction period.SOLUTION: There is provided a construction structure 10 of a decorative board 1 including a base material 30, the decorative board 1 fixed to the base material 30, and a double-sided tape 20 for adhering the base material 30 and the decorative board 1. The double-sided tape 20 includes a base material 40 and adhesive layers 50 and 51 located on the front and back surfaces of the base material 40, respectively, and the decorative board 1 is directly adhered to the base material 30 using only the double-sided tape 20. The base material 40 is a thermoplastic resin. The adhesive layers 50 and 51 may be acrylic or synthetic rubber adhesives. The thickness of the double-sided tape 20 may be 0.8 to 1.5 mm. The base material 30 includes a pair of runners 70 and 71 facing each other apart from each other, and a plurality of studs 80 connecting between the pair of runners 70 and 71. The adhesive layers 50 and 51 on the base material 30 side of the double-sided tape 20 may be attached only to the stud 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】省施工化や工期短縮化が図れる化粧ボードの施工構造、化粧ボード及びその施工法を提供できる。【解決手段】下地材３０と、当該下地材３０に固定される化粧ボード１と、下地材３０と化粧ボード１とを接着する両面テープ２０と、を備える化粧ボード１の施工構造１０であって、両面テープ２０は、基材４０と、基材４０の表裏面にそれぞれ位置する接着層５０，５１と、を備え、両面テープ２０のみを用いて、化粧ボード１を下地材３０に直接接着している。基材４０は、熱可塑性樹脂であり、接着層５０，５１は、アクリル系又は合成ゴム系の粘着剤でも良いし、両面テープ２０の厚みは、０．８〜１．５ｍｍでも良く、下地材３０は、離れて対向する一対のランナー７０，７１と、一対のランナー７０，７１の間をつなぐ複数本のスタッド８０と、を備え、両面テープ２０の下地材３０側の接着層５０，５１は、スタッド８０にのみに貼り付けても良い。【選択図】 図１
