To obtain an eaves top parting structure that allows a parting material to be attached between a wall portion and an eaves top plate, regardless of the connection between the wall portion and the eaves top plate, while ensuring the fit between the wall portion and the eaves top plate.SOLUTION: A parting material 54 is provided with a holding bracket 56 and an eaves top parting 58. An eaves top plate 24 is held by the holding bracket 56, and a back wall portion 64 of the holding bracket 56 can be moved relative to an end surface 24A of the eaves top plate 24 in a direction of contact and separation. Further, by fixing the eaves top parting 58 to a front wall portion 22B of an inner garage 10 by the eaves top parting 58, the eaves top plate 24 can be attached via the parting material 54. Further, in a state where a contact portion 70 of the parting material 54 is fixed to the front wall portion 22B of the inner garage 10, a gap t in a height direction provided between the eaves top plate 24 and a hanging wall back frame 42 is closed by an exposed portion 68 of the parting material 54. That is, the exposed portion 68 secures the fit between the front wall portion 22B of the inner garage 10 and the eaves top plate 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】壁部と軒天板との収まりを確保しつつ、壁部と軒天板の取り合いに関係なく、壁部と軒天板の間に見切り材を取り付けることが可能な軒天見切り構造を得る。【解決手段】見切り材54が挟持金具56及び軒天見切り58を備え、挟持金具56によって軒天板24を挟持すると共に、軒天板24の端面24Aに対して挟持金具56の奥壁部64が接離する方向へ相対移動可能とされる。そして、軒天見切り58によって軒天見切り58をインナガレージ10の前壁部22Bに固定することで、見切り材54を介して軒天板24を取り付け可能としている。また、見切り材54の当接部70がインナガレージ10の前壁部22Bに固定された状態で、軒天板24と垂壁裏フレーム42との間に設けられる高さ方向の間隙tが見切り材54の露出部68によって塞がれる。つまり、露出部68によって、インナガレージ10の前壁部22Bと軒天板24との収まりが確保される。【選択図】図3
