To provide an equipment fixing portion structure and an equipment fixing member, which enable equipment to be space-efficiently installed.SOLUTION: A bearing member 5 is a tabular member and is fixed on a top face of a floor 9 (skeleton) with an anchor bolt 7. A bolt 11 is installed on a bottom 4b of a rail member 3. Specifically, the rail member 3 is fixed on the bearing member 5 with the bolt 11. A fixing position between the bearing member 5 and the floor 9 with the anchor bolt 7 and a fixing position between the bearing member 5 and the rail member 3 with the bolt 11 are disposed so as to be displaced in a lengthwise direction of the rail member 3. More specifically, it is preferable that a fixing pitch between the bearing member 5 and the floor 9 and a fixing pitch between the bearing member 5 and the rail member 3 are substantially the same and these pitches are displaced at a substantially half pitch from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
