To provide the buffer mechanism of a base-isolate structure improved in reduction effect of the impact force of the buffer mechanism.SOLUTION: The buffer mechanism 100 of a base-isolated structure 10 has: an abutting part 110 provided at a foundation part 50; and a buffer part 120 having multiple rubber members 130 provided to a building body 20 supported by seismic isolators 42 installed on a foundation part 50, having different compression amounts per unit load, and composed to abut on the abutting part 110 from the rubber member 130 having the large compression amount per unit load in order, when the building body 20 relatively moves in the horizontal direction in relation to the foundation part 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】免震構造物の緩衝機構の衝撃力の低減効果を向上させることが目的である。【解決手段】免震構造物10の緩衝機構100は、基礎部50に設けられた当接部110と、基礎部50に設置された免震装置42によって支持された建物本体20に設けられ単位荷重当たりの圧縮量が異なる複数のゴム部材130を有し、建物本体20が基礎部50に対して水平方向に相対移動すると単位荷重当たりの圧縮量が大きいゴム部材130から順番に当接部110に当たるように構成されている緩衝部120と、を備えている。【選択図】図3
