To provide a tile peeling tool and a tile peeling method capable of efficiently peeling tiles.SOLUTION: A tile peeling tool 1 for peeling tiles T arrayed on a tile installation surface comprises: a first fitting part 3 fitted to a joint Mb1 of one side of one tile t1 of tiles adjacent to each other in an array direction E; a second fitting part 4 fitted to a joint Mb3 of the other side of the other tile t2 of the tiles adjacent to each other in an array direction E; and a peeling plate 62 fitted to a joint Mb2 between one tile t1 and the other tile t2 to lift and peel one tile t1 and the other tile t2 in a state where the first fitting part 3 is fitted to the joint Mb1 of one side and the second fitting part 4 is fitted to the joint Mb3 of the other side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
