TILE PEELING DETECTOR
To shorten inspection time for tile peeling.SOLUTION: A tile peeling detector 60 includes: an excitation sensor 10A which applies vibration generated from a vibration generation electric signal to a tile T by an excitation piezoelectric vibration plate; a vibration receiving sensor 10B which receives vibration applied from the tile T by the excitation sensor 10A and converts the vibration into a vibration receiving electric signal by a vibration receiving piezoelectric vibration plate; a base section to which the excitation sensor 10A and the vibration receiving sensor 10B are fixed; a vibration input section 66 which applies the vibration generation electric signal to the excitation sensor 10A; and an analysis section 74 which analyzes the vibration receiving electric signal received from the vibration receiving sensor 10B. At least one of the excitation sensor 10A and the vibration receiving sensor 10B is fixed as a plurality of sensors to the base section. As a result, inspection can be simultaneously performed between the excitation sensor 10A and the plurality of vibration receiving sensors 10B and between the plurality of excitation sensors 10A and the vibration receiving sensor 10B, and inspection time for tile T peeling can be shortened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】タイル剥離の検査時間を短縮する。【解決手段】タイル剥離検知器60は、加振用圧電振動板により振動発生用電気信号から発生させた振動をタイルTへ加える加振センサ10Aと、タイルTから加振センサ10Aにより加えられた振動を受け、この振動を受振用圧電振動板により受振電気信号へ変換する受振センサ10Bと、加振センサ10A及び受振センサ10Bが固定されるベース部と、振動発生用電気信号を加振センサ10Aへ印加する振動入力部66と、受振センサ10Bから受ける受振電気信号を解析する解析部74とを含み、加振センサ10Aと受振センサ10Bとの少なくとも一方がベース部に複数固定されている。これにより、加振センサ10Aと複数の受振センサ10Bとの間や、複数の加振センサ10Aと受振センサ10Bとの間を同時に検査することができ、タイルT剥離の検査時間を短縮することができる。【選択図】図7
