To provide a cabin structure of a hydraulic shovel capable of widening field of view in a front lower part while securing strength needed in overturning.SOLUTION: A cabin floor 8 constituting a floor of a cabin 6 of a hydraulic shovel 1 comprises: a floor general surface 8a which is formed in a planar shape and to which a seat S for a driver is attached; and a front part floor low floor surface 8b comprising a step portion downwardly formed at a front part of the floor general surface 8a. To the front part floor low floor surface 8b, a cabin front cross member 10 constituting a part of a cabin frame 9 is attached so that its upper face 10a becomes higher than the front part floor low floor surface 8b and lower than the floor general surface 8a. To the cabin front cross member 10, a weather strip 13 being in contact with a front glass 11 of the cabin 6 is attached.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
