To solve a problem that an installation area of a landmark display can be used only for a purpose of displaying the landmark, and a utilization efficiency of this installation area is poor.SOLUTION: A landmark device comprises: an external information receiving unit that receives external information; an image display unit that displays an image; a data storage unit that stores a plurality of images including a landmark image, which is an image representing a mark for an autonomous driving vehicle equipped with a camera to calculate a vehicle position; and a control unit that selects an image to be displayed from the plurality of images in the data storage unit based on the external information and displays the image on the image display unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
