To provide a discharge device, a substrate processing structure and a substrate processing method that enable a V-shaped groove or a hole part for screw in a structure to be easily and accurately filled with a putty agent, and can improve working efficiency.SOLUTION: A discharge device A as one example of a discharge device applied with the present invention comprises a caulking gun 1, a bolt body 2, an injection part 3, and a guide 4. The injection part 3 is a member which is fitted detachably to a tip side of the bolt body 2, and discharges a putty agent supplied from the side of the bolt body 2 to the outside. Further, the guide 4 is a member which is a structure united with the injection part 3, and supports the injection part 3 when the putty agent is injected into a groove from the injection part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】構造物中のV字状の溝またはビス用の孔部に、簡易かつ正確にパテ剤を充填できると共に、作業効率を高めることができる吐出装置、下地処理構造体及び下地処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した吐出装置の一例である吐出装置Aは、コーキングガン1と、ボトル本体2と、注入部3と、ガイド4を備えている。注入部3は、ボトル本体2の先端側に着脱自在に取り付けられ、ボトル本体2側から供給されるパテ剤を、外部に向けて排出する部材である。また、ガイド4は、注入部3と一体化した構造体であり、注入部3から溝に向けてパテ剤を注入する際に、注入部3を支持する部材である。【選択図】図1
