FOUNDATION STRUCTURE AND FOUNDATION STRUCTURE MAINTENANCE METHOD
To make maintenance of a foundation structure easy and secure.SOLUTION: A foundation structure comprises: a footing foundation 11 having a rising 13 extending along an extension direction; a tabular lower heat insulation material 20 that has a principal surface 21 abutting on a lower part of a side surface 15 of the rising 13 and a top surface 23 along a horizontal direction; a tabular upper heat insulation material 30 that has a principal surface 31 abutting on an upper part of the side surface 15 of the rising 13 and a bottom surface 34 along the horizontal direction and is located so as to have a gap (arrangement space 62) with the lower heat insulation material 20; a termite-proof member 60 having a plurality of porous granular bodies 61 located in the arrangement space 62 and termite-proof chemical held by the porous granular bodies 61; and a sheet member 19 that closes an opening of the arrangement space 62. At the time of construction, the sheet member 19 prevents the porous granular bodies 61 from falling from the arrangement space 62. At the time of maintenance, the termite-proof chemical injected into the arrangement space 62 spreads in the extension direction through gaps among the plurality of porous granular bodies 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】基礎構造体のメンテナンスを容易、確実にする。【解決手段】基礎構造体は、延出方向に沿って延びる立上り13を有する布基礎11と、立上り13の側面15の下部に主面21が当接し、上面23が水平方向に沿う板状の下断熱材20と、立上り13の側面15の上部に主面31が当接し、下面34が水平方向に沿っており、下断熱材20と隙間(配置空間62)を空けて位置する板状の上断熱材30と、配置空間62に位置する複数の多孔質粒状体61及び多孔質粒状体61に保持された防蟻薬剤を有する防蟻部材60と、配置空間62の開口を閉塞するシート部材19と、を備える。シート部材19は、施工時において、配置空間62から多孔質粒状体61が脱落することを防止する。メンテナンスにおいて配置空間62に注入された防蟻薬剤は、複数の多孔質粒状体61の隙間を通じて延出方向に拡がる。【選択図】図3
