FOUNDATION STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND FOUNDATION STRUCTURE MAINTENANCE METHOD
To provide a foundation structure construction method capable of making construction and maintenance of a foundation structure easy and secure.SOLUTION: A foundation structure comprises: a footing foundation 11 having a rising 13; a throating bracket 75 attached to the rising 13; an upper heat insulation material 20 pasted on the rising 13; a lower heat insulation material 30 pasted on the rising 13 below the upper heat insulation material 20 with a gap (arrangement space 62) with the upper heat insulation material 20; and a termite-proof member 60 having a plurality of porous granular bodies filled in the arrangement space 62. In construction of the foundation structure, positioning of the upper heat insulation material 20 is performed by making its top surface 23 abut on the throating bracket 75. In maintenance of the foundation structure, termite-proof chemical is injected into the arrangement space 62 through an open hole provided on a joint filler 64. The termite-proof chemical injected in the arrangement space 62 spreads through gaps among the plurality of porous granular bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】基礎構造体の施工やメンテナンスを容易、確実にすることができる基礎構造体の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】基礎構造体は、立上り13を有する布基礎11と、立上り13に取り付けられた水切受金具75と、立上り13に貼り付けられた上断熱材20と、上断熱材20の下方に上断熱材20と隙間(配置空間62)を空けて立上り13に貼り付けられた下断熱材30と、配置空間62に詰め込まれた複数の多孔質粒状体を有する防蟻部材60と、を備える。基礎構造体の施工において、上断熱材20は、その上面23を水切受金具75に当接されることによって位置決めされる。基礎構造体のメンテナンスにおいて、目地材64に設けられた貫通孔を通じて防蟻薬剤が配置空間62に注入される。配置空間62に注入された防蟻薬剤は、複数の多孔質粒状体の隙間を通じて拡がる。【選択図】図5
