To provide a dwelling house that offers privacy and a sense of nature in a limited space, with an expansive courtyard space, a sense of unity between the courtyard and an indoor space, and a rich natural living environment.SOLUTION: There provided is a dwelling house provided with a first living room 110, a second living room 120 adjacent to the first living room 110, and a first courtyard 160 adjacent over the first living room 110 and the second living room 120. A first lattice wall 166 is provided in the first courtyard 160 at least above a second floor ceiling height, a floor 120f of the second living room 120 is lower than a floor 110f of the first living room 110, a floor 122f of a space 162 adjacent to the second living room 120 in the first courtyard 160 is lower than a floor 161f of a space 161 adjacent to the first living room 110 in the first courtyard 160, and a step 125 between the first living room 110 and the second living room 120, and a step 163 of the first courtyard 160 are provided on a straight line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】プライバシーを確保し、限られるスペースの中で自然を感じることをコンセプトに、中庭の空間の広がりと、中庭と屋内空間との一体感と、自然豊かな暮らしと、を感じることができる住宅を提供すること。【解決手段】第一居室１１０と、第一居室１１０に隣接する第二居室１２０と、第一居室１１０及び第二居室１２０にわたって隣接する第一中庭１６０と、が設けられる住宅であって、第一中庭１６０に、少なくとも二階天井高さ以上の第一格子壁１６６が設けられ、第二居室１２０の床１２０ｆは、第一居室１１０の床１１０ｆより低く、第一中庭１６０の第二居室１２０に隣接する空間１６２の床１２２ｆは、第一中庭１６０の第一居室１１０に隣接する空間１６１の床１６１ｆより低く、第一居室１１０と第二居室１２０との段差１２５と、第一中庭１６０の段差１６３と、が一直線上に設けられることを特徴とする住宅。【選択図】図１
