To provide an apartment house in a generally rectangular planar shape allowing added value of a total building to be enhanced.SOLUTION: An apartment house 1 has a generally rectangular planar shape. The apartment house 1 comprises: a first outer peripheral beam 2 arranged along building outer peripheral parts 9 of med-to-low-rise floors F2 as well as arranged at a position right above the building outer peripheral parts 9 of the med-to-low-rise floors F2 on high-rise floors F1; a plurality of columns 6 connected to the first outer peripheral beam 2 and vertically extending from the med-to-low-rise floors F2 to the high-rise floors F1; first connection beams 4 extending outward from the columns 6 on the high-rise floors F1; and second outer peripheral beams 3 supported at outside end parts 42 of the first connection beams 4 on the high-rise floors F1 and arranged along the building outer peripheral parts 9 of the high-rise floors F1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】概ね矩形の平面形状を有する集合住宅において、建物全体の付加価値を高める。【解決手段】集合住宅１は概ね矩形の平面形状を有している。集合住宅１は、中低層階Ｆ２の建物外周部９に沿って設けられるとともに、高層階Ｆ１において中低層階Ｆ２の建物外周部９の直上の位置に設けられる第１の外周梁２と、第１の外周梁２と接続され、中低層階Ｆ２から高層階Ｆ１まで鉛直に延びる複数の柱６と、高層階Ｆ１において柱６から外側に延びる第１の接続梁４と、高層階Ｆ１において第１の接続梁４の外側端部４２で支持され、高層階Ｆ１の建物外周部９に沿って設けられる第２の外周梁３と、を有する。【選択図】図１
