To provide an automatic locking device that can automatically lock when a crescent lock is unlocked.SOLUTION: An automatic locking device 1 includes a crescent lock 4 installed on a double sliding window 100 having a sliding sash 3, a locking/unlocking sensor 6 that detects the locked/unlocked state of the crescent lock 4, and a locking device 7 that is installed separately from the crescent lock 4 and is locked when the crescent lock 4 is unlocked. There is further included a power supply unit 8 that supplies power to drive the locking device 7, and the locking device 7 is preferably provided on a stile 30 of the sliding sash 3 and has a locking portion 71 that can protrude to restrict movement of the sliding sash 3 in the depth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
