The present invention relates to an automatic locking device. Looking characteristic of compositions over, the automatic locking device comprises: a locking loop (2) installed at doors and windows (1) and a locking body (100) locked at the locking loop (2). A handle (12) is installed inside the locking body (100). The locking loop (2) comprises a locker (10) to lock or release the locking loop (2); a stopper (20) to maintain a release state by being interlocked at a position in which the locker (10) is released and to be separated with the locker (10) by a control of a lever (22); and a sensing piece (30) bounced with a finger at the locking body (100), transferred to an inside and an outside of the locking body (100) by being touched at the locking loop (2), and to separate the stopper (20) interlocked with the locker (10) when the sensing piece is transferred to the outside. Therefore, the present invention has effects for maintaining a release state of the locker by the stopper, for automatically activating a locking state of the locker by releasing the stopper with the sensing piece in opening a door, provides convenience capable of locking the door without a special control of the user when the user close the door after opening the door, and for improving a structure as a malfunction prevention structure and compact size structure by simplifying an operating structure.
본 고안은 자동 록킹장치에 관련되며, 구성에 특징을 살펴보면, 창호(1)에 설치되는 록킹고리(2)와, 록킹고리(2)에 잠금작동되도록 록킹본체(100)가 구비되고, 상기 록킹본체(100) 내부에서 탄지면서 손잡이(12)가 설치되고, 록킹고리(2)에 잠금 또는 해제작동되도록 구비되는 록커(10); 상기 록커(10)가 해제작동되는 위치에서 맞물려 해제상태를 유지하고, 레버(22)의 조작에 의해 록커(10)와 분리되도록 구비되는 스토퍼(20); 상기 록킹본체(100)에서 탄지되고, 록킹고리(2)에 터치되어 록킹본체(100) 내ㆍ외부로 이송되며, 외부로 이송시 록커(10)에 맞물린 스토퍼(20)를 분리하도록 구비되는 감지편(30);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 본 발명은 스토퍼에 의해 록커의 해제작동 상태가 유지되고, 도어를 개방시 감지편에 의해 스토퍼가 해제되어 록커의 잠금상태가 자동 활성화되므로 도어를 개방후 닫을시 사용자에 의한 별도의 조작없이 잠금작동되는 편의성이 제공되고, 작동구조의 간소화로 오작동 방지 및 콤팩트한 사이즈로 구조개선이 용이한 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to an automatic locking device.
