UNIT-TYPE BUILDING
To provide a unit-type building that facilitates structural design in a configuration in which a high-floor section such as a skip floor section is provided.SOLUTION: The building is configured with a plurality of building units. The plurality of building units include a pair of building units 20A and 20B spaced apart from each other. Between the pair of building units 20A and 20B, a skip structure 30 forming a skip floor portion 31 is provided at a position higher than a floor surface 19a of the first floor. The skip floor structure 30 has a floor frame portion 32 that forms the skip floor portion 31, and a bearing wall 33 that extends downward from the floor frame portion 32 and supports the floor frame portion 32 from below. The bearing wall 33 has its lower end placed on small beams connected to the floor girders of the building units 20A and 20B, and the skip floor structure 30 is installed in this placed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】スキップ床部等の高床部が設けられる構成において、構造設計の容易化を図ることができるユニット式建物を提供する。【解決手段】建物は、複数の建物ユニットを有して構成されている。複数の建物ユニットには、互いに離し置きされた一対の建物ユニット２０Ａ，２０Ｂが含まれている。一対の建物ユニット２０Ａ，２０Ｂの間には、一階床面１９ａよりも高い位置にスキップ床部３１を構成するスキップ構成体３０が設けられている。スキップ床構成体３０は、スキップ床部３１を構成する床枠部３２と、床枠部３２から下方に延び床枠部３２を下方から支持する耐力壁３３とを有している。耐力壁３３は、その下端部が建物ユニット２０Ａ，２０Ｂの床大梁に連結された小梁の上に載置されており、その載置状態でスキップ床構成体３０が設置されている。【選択図】図３
