To provide a control unit, a locker device, a locker system, and a method for controlling a locker device that can improve convenience when a user opens a door of a target locker in which a luggage has been deposited.SOLUTION: A central control unit 30 includes: an operation unit (e.g., an operation display unit) on which an operation for opening a door 12 of a target locker 10 among a plurality of lockers 10 is performed by a user; and a control unit that performs control such that the door 12 of the target locker 10 can be opened. When the operation unit receives an instruction to take out a luggage, the control unit brings a first reader into a state of being capable of reading information from a first medium, and brings a second reader into a state of being capable of reading information from a second medium. In addition, when the first reader or the second reader reads information from the first medium or the second medium, the control unit performs control such that the door 12 of the target locker 10 can be opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】荷物が預け入れられている対象ロッカーの扉をユーザが開くときの利便性を向上させることができる制御ユニット、ロッカー装置、ロッカーシステム、ロッカー装置の制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】中央制御ユニット３０は、複数のロッカー１０のうち対象ロッカー１０の扉１２を開くための操作がユーザにより行われる操作部（例えば、操作表示部）と、対象ロッカー１０の扉１２を開くことが可能となるよう制御を行う制御部とを備えている。操作部が荷物の取り出し指示を受け付けると、制御部は、第１リーダを第１媒体から情報を読み取り可能状態とするとともに第２リーダを第２媒体から情報を読み取り可能状態とする。また、制御部は、第１リーダまたは第２リーダが第１媒体または第２媒体から情報を読み取ると、対象ロッカー１０の扉１２を開くことが可能となるよう制御を行う。【選択図】図１
