FILLING FORM UNDER PCa FLOOR SLAB
To provide a filling form under a PCa floor slab that is economical since it can be used repeatedly and is excellent in work efficiency since it is light weight and can be easily carried in a narrow work space.SOLUTION: A filling form 1 under a PCa floor slab for filling material is fixed by joining with a bolt to an undersurface of a PCa floor slab 12 mounted on a bridge girder (a steel girder 11) and is filled between the bridge girder (the steel girder 11) under the PCa floor slab and the PCa floor slab 12. The filling form comprises a reverse L-shaped cross section resin form body 2 with a front plate 20 and an upper surface plate 21. The upper surface plate 21 has multiple incisions 21a that insert a bolt B for joining to the PCa floor slab 12 and a pair of reinforcement ribs (square ribs 22) are formed to connect the front plate 20 and the upper surface plate 21 at both sides of these incisions 21a respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】繰り返し使用できて経済的であり、且つ、軽量で狭い作業空間での運搬が容易で作業効率が良好なPCa床版下の充填型枠を提供する。【解決手段】橋桁(鋼桁11)上に載置されるPCa床版12の下面にボルト接合されて固定され、PCa床版下の橋桁(鋼桁11)とPCa床版12との間に充填される充填材のPCa床版下の充填型枠1において、正面板20と上面板21とを有する断面逆L字状の樹脂製の型枠本体2を備え、上面板21に、PCa床版12に接合するボルトBを挿通する複数の欠込み21aを形成するとともに、これらの欠込み21aの両脇に、正面板20と上面板21とを接続する一対の補強リブ(四角リブ22)をそれぞれ形成する。【選択図】図4
