BURIED FORM FOR FLOOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and properly execute even arrangement of a distribution bar, while forming a buried form as a constitution capable of relieving tensile stress caused when placing cast-in-place concrete.SOLUTION: A buried form 1 constitutes a floor slab by placing cast-in-place concrete on the upper side, and comprises a precast reinforced concrete form bottom plate 10 having integrally a steel lower side rib material 10a arranged along the lengthwise direction of the floor slab as buried hardware, a steel upper side rib material 11 provided in the lengthwise direction on the form bottom plate 10 and a girth 12 for connecting the lower side rib material 10a and the upper side rib material 11, and the girth 12 and the upper side rib material 11 for connecting a left end part of the lower side rib material 10a, a left end part of the upper side rib material 11, a right end part of the lower side rib material 10a and a right end part of the upper side rib material 11, can be connected by a shaft body 5 of running the axis along the width direction of the floor slab and a shaft hole 6 for inserting this body.
【課題】埋設型枠を、現場打ちコンクリートの打設時に生じる引張応力を緩和できる構成としながら、配力筋の配置も容易且つ適切になし得るものとする。【解決手段】上側に現場打ちコンクリートを打設されて床版を構成する埋設型枠1である。前記床版の長さ方向に沿うように配される鋼製の下側リブ材10aを埋設金物として一体に備えてなるプレキャスト鉄筋コンクリート製の型枠底板10と、前記型枠底板10上において前記長さ方向に沿って備えられる鋼製の上側リブ材11と、前記下側リブ材10aと前記上側リブ材11とを連結するつなぎ材12とを備え、前記下側リブ材10aの左端部と前記上側リブ材11の左端部及び前記下側リブ材10aの右端部と前記上側リブ材11の右端部とを連結する前記つなぎ材12と前記上側リブ材11とを、前記床版の幅方向に軸線を沿わせた軸体5とこれを通す軸穴6とにより連結可能としている。【選択図】図8
