To provide a chuck device capable of easily removing soil which may enter during press-in work of a steel pipe pile in the ground.SOLUTION: A chuck device 10 comprises: an outer frame member 12; an inner frame member 14 rotatably arranged in the outer frame member; a plurality of plate members 16 attached on an inner peripheral surface of the outer frame member. The inner frame member comprises: a pair of annular members 22 having two openings 22a into which a steel pipe pile P is penetrated; a plurality of shaft members 24 fixed on both of the annular members and extending between both of the annular members; and a plurality of pipe members 26 surrounding around the plurality of shaft members and displaceable in a direction orthogonal to the plurality of shaft members, respectively. The plurality of plate members are positioned on edges of a regular polygon and each of the shaft members and of the pipe members faces to respective corners of the regular polygon. Each of the pipe members has an outer diameter having a size to hinder the rotation of the inner frame member by being contacted with the respective plate members and the steel pipe pile when rotating the inner frame member around an axis line L of the outer frame member at any angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地盤への鋼管杭の圧入作業の間に入り込むことがある土砂の除去が容易であるチャック装置を提供すること。【解決手段】チャック装置10は、外枠部材12と、外枠部材内に回転可能に配置された内枠部材14と、外枠部材内周面に取り付けられた複数の板部材16とを備える。内枠部材は鋼管杭Pが通される2つの開口22aを有する一対の環状部材22と、両環状部材に固定され両環状部材間を伸びる複数の軸部材24と、複数の軸部材の周囲をそれぞれ取り巻く複数の管部材であって複数の軸部材に対して直交する方向へそれぞれ変位可能である複数の管部材26とを有する。複数の板部材は正多角形の辺上に位置し、また、各軸部材及び各管部材は正多角形の各角に相対している。各管部材は、内枠部材を外枠部材の軸線Lの周りに角度的に回転させるとき、各板部材と前記鋼管杭とに接し、内枠部材の回転を阻害する大きさの外径を有する。【選択図】図1
