To provide an attaching metal fitting for a roof capable of exhibiting extremely high strength with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: In an attaching metal fitting for a roof, a roof material support portion 4 to which a roof material 5 can be attached and supported is provided on an upper part of a metal fitting body 2 comprising a leg portion 3 attached to an attaching portion 1 such as a roof substrate material 1. The metal fitting body 2 is constituted of one metal plate A, and a front side plate portion 6 and a rear side plate portion 7 of the metal plate A are respectively bent in directions opposite to each other, to be formed in a substantial Z shape in plan view. A lower end of the front side plate portion 6 and a lower end of the rear side plate portion 7 of the metal fitting body 2 are horizontally bent, and the front and rear horizontally bent lower ends are constituted as the leg portion 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
