ROOF PLATE ATTACHING METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide roof plate attaching metal fittings for fixing a roof plate onto an H steel such that a base member fixed to the H steel and a metal fittings body fixed onto the base member are easily assembled and sufficient tensile strength is obtained.SOLUTION: A roof plate attaching metal fitting comprises a reception part 32a for receiving a metal fitting body 51 and support parts 32b hung on both right and left sides of the reception part 32a in a region of the base member 31 where the metal fittings body 51 is fixed, and through parts 35 penetrating from the inside to the outside are formed in lower end edges of those support parts 32b. The metal fitting body 51 is composed of two joining members 52, 53 which overlapping in a right-left direction. Mount pieces 61 superposed on an upper surface of the reception part 32a of the base member 31, coated pieces 62 superposed on an outer side face of the support piece 32b, and folded pieces 63 extending upward from lower ends of the coated pieces 62 obliquely inward in the right-left direction to engage with the through parts 35 are formed at lower parts of those joining members 52, 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】屋根板をＨ鋼の上に固定する屋根板取り付け金具において、Ｈ鋼に対して固定する基台部材と、基台部材の上に固定する金具本体との組み立てが容易に行えるうえに、十分な引張強度を得られるようにする。【解決手段】基台部材３１の金具本体５１を固定する部位に、金具本体５１を受ける受け部３２ａと、受け部３２ａの左右両側に垂設された支持部３２ｂを備えて、これら支持部３２ｂの下端縁には、内外に貫通する貫通部３５を形成する。金具本体５１は、左右方向で重なり合う２個の接合部材５２，５３で構成し、これら接合部材５２，５３の下部に、基台部材３１の受け部３２ａの上面に重なる載置片６１と、支持片３２ｂの外側面に重なる被覆片６２と、被覆片６２の下端から左右方向内側斜め上方に延びて貫通部３５に係合する返し片６３を形成する。【選択図】図５
