METAL FITTING FOR ATTACHING ROOF PLATE
To provide a metal fitting for attaching a roof plate capable of being secured on substrate material with good workability without welding performance as well as achieving high stability and excellent load bearing.SOLUTION: A metal fitting 11 for attaching a roof plate is provided with a clamp metal fitting 31 secured on substrate material 12 by clamping the substrate material 12 and supporting the roof plate 13 through the clamp metal fitting 31 is provided with a fastener 51 fastening clamp metal fitting holders 32, 33 to each other in a width direction of the substrate material 12 and a clamp metal fitting 71 to be clamped by the clamp metal fitting holders 32, 33, in which the clamp metal fitting 31 is comprised from a pair of the clamp metal fitting holder 32, 33 opposing to each other in the width direction of the substrate material 12. An inclined piece 35 extending downward from a lower end of a vertical piece 34 extending in a vertical direction to an outer side in a width direction of the substrate material 12, a grounded piece 36 horizontally extending from a lower end of the inclined piece 35, and an engaging part 37 curving downward from a tip of the grounded piece 36 to be engaged on an end in the width direction of the substrate material 12 are formed on the clamp metal fitting holder 32, 33. A supporting leg 73 abutting the substrate material 12 is formed on a metal fitting 71 to be clamped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】溶接作業なしで作業性良く下地材に固定できるうえに、高い安定性と耐荷重性を得られるようにする。【解決手段】下地材12を挟み付けて下地材12上に固定される挟持金具31を備え、挟持金具31を介して屋根板13を支持する屋根板取り付け金具11において、挟持金具31を、下地材12の幅方向で対峙する一対の挟持金具担体32,33で構成し、挟持金具担体32,33同士を下地材12の幅方向で締め付ける締結具51と、挟持金具担体32,33に挟持される被挟持金具71を備える。挟持金具担体32,33には、上下方向に延びる垂直片34の下端から下地材12の幅方向外側下方に向けて斜めに延びる傾斜片35と、傾斜片35の下端から水平方向に延びる接地片36と、接地片36の先端から下方へ曲がって下地材12の幅方向の端部に係止する係止部37を形成する。被挟持金具71には、下地材12に接する支持脚73を形成する。【選択図】図3
