To prevent tilt of a pile cage to be suspended and deterioration of a concrete pile in quality in a cast-in-place pile method.MEANS: A tip head 10 is arranged on a lower end part of a pile cage placed in a drilled hole, wherein the tip head 10 is provided with a body 11 acting so as to pull down the pile cage 20 downward, connection means 12 for connecting the body and the pile cage, and a stirring part 14 for stirring in-hole water in the drilled hole 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
