ASPHALT FINISHER
To provide an asphalt finisher capable of reducing the workload for advance preparation and performing high accuracy paving work with labor saving and manpower saving.SOLUTION: A laying boundary BS, being a boundary between a formwork 3 or an existing pavement surface 2' and a surface to be paved 2, which is continuous in a laying direction, is imaged with a thermo camera 5 immediately after evenly spreading an asphalt mixture AMX with an asphalt finisher 1. A joint part being the boundary between the asphalt mixture AMX and the formwork 3 or the existing pavement surface 2' is extracted from the thermal image. A screed controller 6 performs control to automatically return both ends of a screed 12 to their proper states by moving widener outer end parts 132 of left and right wideners 13 L and 13R of the screed 12 in the direction in which a reference boundary in the thermal image matches the joint part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】事前準備の作業負担を減らすと共に、高精度な舗装作業を省力化・省人化して行えるアスファルトフィニッシャを提供する。【解決手段】アスファルトフィニッシャ1による敷設方向に連続する型枠3あるいは既設舗装面2′と被舗装面2との境界である敷設境界部BSを、アスファルト混合物AMXを敷き均した直後にサーモカメラ5にて撮影し、その熱画像からアスファルト混合物AMXと型枠3あるいは既設舗装面2′との境界であるジョイント部を抽出し、熱画像内の基準境界部をジョイント部に一致させる方向へスクリード12の左右ワイドナ13L,13Rのワイドナ外端部132を移動させる制御をスクリード制御装置6が行うことで、スクリード12の両端部を自動的に適正状態に戻す。【選択図】図1
