To provide an automatic door device, a control method of the automatic door device, and a control program of the automatic door device which are capable of opening a door from the outside in an emergency even when abnormality occurs in a forced unlocking switch.SOLUTION: An automatic door device 10 includes: a door provided at an entrance of a private room and automatically driven to be opened/closed; an electric lock 14 for locking the door; an electric lock control part 10B for controlling locking/unlocking of the electric lock 14; a forced unlocking switch 36 for outputting an unlocking signal for unlocking the electric lock 14 to the electric lock control part 10B by being operated from the outside of the private room; and a determination part 23 for determining whether or not the forced unlocking switch 36 is abnormal. When the determination part 23 determines that the forced unlocking switch 36 is abnormal, the electric lock control part 10B disables the locking of the electric lock 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
