EMBANKMENT
To improve the strength of an embankment when water overflows through interaction between a wall and a structure installed at a top of an embankment reinforced by using the wall.SOLUTION: An embankment comprises a first wall installed on a water area side part of the embankment, a second wall installed in a portion of the embankment opposite to the water area, and a water-impermeable structure that is installed in an area including at least above the second wall and overhangs horizontally from an outermost edge of the second wall to the side opposite to the water area with an overhang length B of 300 mm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
