EMBANKMENT
To provide an embankment reinforced with a self-supporting wall body allowing a scouring phenomenon generated when a slope face on a river rear side of the embankment is disappeared through corrosion by overflow water to be suppressed to maintain structural stability.SOLUTION: An embankment is provided with: an embankment body; a self-supporting wall body constructed inside the embankment body and extending in an extension direction of the embankment; and additional wall body separated apart from the self-supporting wall body, installed in the ground at a river rear side of the embankment, and extending in the extension direction of the embankment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
