EXISTING PILE CUTTING-OFF REMOVAL DEVICE
To provide an existing pile cutting-off removal device allowing a series of operations from excavation operation around the existing pile to pile cutting-off and removal operation to be efficiently performed.SOLUTION: An existing pile 4 cutting-off removal device provided with a drilling blade 14 and a cutting-off mechanism 30 on a lower end of a casing and provided with a driving mechanism on an upper end of the casing, wherein the cutting-off mechanism 30 is configured to be provided with: a swing body 44 placed inside of the casing, the swing body 44 formed in a generally semicircular shape, of which both ends in a circumferential direction are pivotably supported with a pivotal shaft 43 positioned coaxially in a chord direction of the casing so as to be swingably driven in a direction away from the shaft center of the casing; a first bit 51 detachably attached on an edge of the swing body 44; and a second bit 52 attached on an inner surface of the swing body 44. According to this configuration, the existing pile 4 is securely cut-off with the cutting-off mechanism 30 to allow existing pile cutting-off removal to be efficiently achieved in low construction cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】既設杭の周囲の掘削作業から、杭の切断、及び除去までの一連の作業を、作業途中での段取り替えを行うことなく、効率よく行える既設杭切断除去装置を提供する。【解決手段】ケーシングの下端部に、掘削刃14と切断機構30を備えるとともに、ケーシングの上端部には駆動機構が備えられた既設杭4の切断除去装置において、切断機構30を、ケーシングの内側に配置される揺動体44であって、略半円状に成形され且つその周方向の両端部がケーシングの弦方向の同軸上位置に設けた枢支軸43により枢支されてケーシングの軸心に接離する方向へ揺動駆動される揺動体44と、揺動体44の端縁に着脱自在に取り付けられた第1ビット51と、揺動体30の内面上に取り付けられた第2ビット52を備えて構成する。係る構成によれば、既設杭4は切断機構30によって確実に切断され、作業効率が高く、施工コストの低い既設杭の切断除去が実現される。【選択図】図4
