【課題】地中に埋設されている既存杭の一部を切断し、引き抜くための既存杭の切断装置を提供すること。【解決手段】地盤１０に埋設された既存杭１９の外周に、重機１１に連結された掘進機１４で円筒形のケーシング１２を回転して引き抜き穴１６を掘削し、前記既存杭１９の切断個所における前記ケーシング１２に突出孔３０を穿設し、この突出孔３０に臨ませて切断ビット２９を具備した切断装置３８を設け、この切断装置３８を取り付けた前記ケーシング１２に、前記切断ビット２９を前記突出孔３０の外方から内方に進退駆動する駆動部３９を設け、前記切断ビット２９を前記突出孔３０から前記既存杭１９に押圧しつつ前記ケーシング１２を回転して前記既存杭１９を切断する。【選択図】図１
