To provide a system, etc. that can improve consistency between the operating direction of a remote control mechanism by an operator and the turning direction of a remote work machine intended by the operator.SOLUTION: A turning command corresponding to the operating direction of a remote operating mechanism 211 is output to the work machine 40 while the correspondence between the operating direction of the remote operating mechanism 211 and the turning direction of the work machine 40 is adjusted. The correspondence between the operating direction of the remote control mechanism and the turning direction of the work machine may be switched, but a designated condition must be met for this switching. The "designated condition", as mentioned above, in view of at least one of the operation amount of the remote control mechanism and a turning angle of the work machine, is a condition indicating that there is little need to maintain the turning direction of the work machine 40 according to the previous operating direction of the remote control mechanism 211.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
