To provide a tatami facing, a tatami mat, and a method for manufacturing the tatami facing, which uses natural materials for a base cloth of the tatami facing, enable printing of a digital design such as not only a simple change in color but also various colors, patterns, and photographs on a front face of the tatami facing, and improve designability.SOLUTION: A tatami facing (10) used on the surface of a tatami mat (1) and manufactured using Japanese paper, comprising: digital data of an image (2) of any one of a character, a symbol, a pattern, a landscape, and a person or a combination thereof is printed on a surface by ink which is composed of water and a pigment and to which a latex polymer and an anti-scratch agent are added.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、畳表の基布に天然素材を使用し、単なる色の変化だけでなく様々な色・柄・模様・写真等のデジタルデザインをその畳表の表面に印刷することを可能にし、デザイン性の向上を図った畳表、畳及びその畳表の製造方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】畳（１）の表面に使用され、和紙を使用し製造した畳表（１０）であって、文字、記号、模様、風景及び人物の何れか又はその組合せの画像（２）のデジタルデータを、水と顔料を基本にし、ラテックスポリマー及び抗スクラッチ剤を添加したインクにより表面に印刷したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
