KEY-MANAGING SYSTEM AND KEY-MANAGING DEVICE
To provide a key-managing system and a key-managing device, which eliminate the necessity of handing keys by manpower, thereby, suppressing the cost related to the key management, and allow keys to be lent to entry-restricted areas without troublesome management even when maintaining and managing multiple buildings making it possible to inhibit the maintenance works from delaying.SOLUTION: A key-managing system 1 is constituted of: a key-storing box 10 that stores keys; and a key-managing server 30 that manages key usage. The key-storing box 10 comprises: a building identification information storage medium configured to store building identification information that can uniquely identify buildings; a lock device; and a control device configured to control the lock device. The key-managing server 30 comprises: a key usage schedule information storage part which stores key usage schedule information that associates key usage schedules with the building identification information; an unlock request signal acquisition part which acquires an unlock request signal that includes the building identification information; and a collation part which collates the building identification information included in the key usage schedule information and the building identification information in the unlock request signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】人手による鍵の受け渡しを不要とし、鍵の管理に係る経費を抑制しつつ、複数の建物を保守、管理する場合であっても、煩雑な管理を行うことなく、立入制限区画の鍵を貸借することができ、保守作業の遅延を抑制することが可能な鍵管理システム、及び鍵管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】鍵管理システム1は、鍵を収納する鍵収納箱10と、鍵の利用を管理する鍵管理サーバ30と、から構成されている。鍵収納箱10は、建物を一意に識別可能な建物識別情報を記憶する建物識別情報記憶媒体と、施錠装置と、施錠装置を制御する制御装置と、を備えている。鍵管理サーバ30は、鍵の利用予定と、建物識別情報とを対応付けた鍵利用予定情報を記憶する鍵利用予定情報記憶部と、建物識別情報を含む解錠要求信号を取得する解錠要求信号取得部と、鍵利用予定情報に含まれる建物識別情報と解錠要求信号の建物識別情報を照合する照合部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
