KEY-MANAGING DEVICE
To provide a key-managing system and a key-managing device, which eliminate the necessity of handing keys by manpower, thereby, suppressing the cost related to the key management, and allow keys to be lent to entry-restricted areas without troublesome management even when maintaining and managing multiple buildings making it possible to inhibit the maintenance works from delaying.SOLUTION: A key-managing server 30 is communicably connected with a key-storing box 10 that stores keys for preventing entry into entry-restricted areas of buildings. The key-managing server 30 comprises: a key usage schedule information storage part that stores key usage schedule information mapped with building identification information that includes key usage schedules and real estate numbers; an unlock request signal acquisition part which acquires an unlock request signal that includes the building identification information and requests unlocking the key-storing box; a collation part that collates the building identification information included in the key usage schedule information with the building identification information included in the unlock request signal; and an unlock permission signal output part that permits unlocking the key-storing box according to the collation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】人手による鍵の受け渡しを不要とし、鍵の管理に係る経費を抑制しつつ、複数の建物を保守、管理する場合であっても、煩雑な管理を行うことなく、立入制限区画の鍵を貸借することができ、保守作業の遅延を抑制することが可能な鍵管理システム、及び鍵管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】鍵管理サーバ30は、建物内の立入制限区画への進入を防止するための鍵を収納する鍵収納箱10と通信接続されている。鍵管理サーバ30は、鍵の利用予定と不動産番号を含む建物識別情報を対応付けた鍵利用予定情報を記憶する鍵利用予定情報記憶部と、建物識別情報を含み、鍵収納箱の解錠を要求する解錠要求信号を取得する解錠要求信号取得部と、鍵利用予定情報に含まれる建物識別情報と、解錠要求信号に含まれる建物識別情報とを照合する照合部と、照合結果に基づいて、鍵収納箱の解錠を許可する解錠許可信号出力部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
