To provide a method for constructing an underground structure which can surely suppress inflow of sediment of back faces of a plurality of underground structures from joint parts of the underground structures.SOLUTION: A method for constructing an underground structure includes: an excavation step of forming a depressed part; a skeleton construction step of constructing a plurality of underground structures in the depressed part so that the underground structures are continuous with each other through joint parts; and an installation step of installing such a filling structure that a filler is stored inside a contour constitution part constituting the contour in the depressed part so as to cover the joint parts of the plurality of constructed underground structures.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
