DESIGN METHOD FOR CALCULATION OF DEFLECTION OF STEEL FLOOR PLATE
To provide a design method for calculation of deflection of a steel floor material, which can appropriately evaluate the deflection.SOLUTION: A joining member 20 comprises: an upper metal fitting 21 disposed with respect to a steel floor plate 1; a lower metal fitting 22 disposed with respect to a support member 10; and a fastening part 23 that joins the steel floor plate 1 to the support member 10 by fastening the upper and lower metal fittings 21 and 22 together. Thus, the steel floor plate 1 is joined to the support member 10 by means of a fastening force of the joining member 20. In other words, the steel floor plate 1 is joined to the support member 10 so as to reduce deflection more than simple pin-junction. Accordingly, in deflection calculation, the fastening force of the joining member 20 with respect to the design is included as a design factor. Thus, real deflection can be evaluated more accurately than the method for calculating deflection on the basis of a pin-junction model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】たわみを適正に評価することができる鋼製床材のたわみ算定に関する設計方法を提供する。【解決手段】接合部材20は、鋼製床板1に対して配置される上金具21と、支持部材10に対して配置される下金具22と、上金具21及び下金具22同士を締め付けることで鋼製床板1を支持部材10に接合する締結部23と、を備える。従って、鋼製床板1は、支持部材10に対して接合部材20の締結力によって接合される。すなわち、鋼製床板1は、単なるピン接合よりもたわみが低減される態様にて、支持部材10に接合されている。従って、たわみ算定において、設計に対して接合部材20による締結力を設計因子として組み込む。これにより、ピン接合のモデルでたわみを算定する方法に比して、実体に則して精度よくたわみの評価を行うことができる。【選択図】図3
