COLUMN TYPE PUMP AND SOLE PLATE AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF COLUMN TYPE PUMP
To carry a sole plate having a large outer diameter into an installation space of a column type pump.SOLUTION: A column type pump 1 includes a column pipe 10 and a sole plate 20. The column pipe is inserted into a water absorption tank 70 through an opening 79 of a tank upper wall part 71. The sole plate is fixed to the tank upper wall part at a peripheral wall part 80 of the opening by anchor bolts 30. An upper flange 11 of the column pipe is placed on the sole plate. The sole plate has a ring shape and its vertical direction is set to a plate thickness direction t. The sole plate is divided into a first plate 25 and a second plate 26 in a circumferential direction T. The first plate includes a first body part 25a and first connection parts 25b, 25c. The second plate includes a second body part 26a and second connection parts 26b, 26c. The first connection part and the second connection part are unevenly distributed to one side in the plate thickness direction. The first plate and the second plate become flush by overlapping the first connection part and the second connection part in the plate thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】コラム型ポンプの設置スペースに外径の大きなソールプレートを搬入する。【解決手段】コラム型ポンプ１は、コラムパイプ１０及びソールプレート２０を備える。コラムパイプは、槽上壁部７１の開口部７９を介して吸水槽に７０に挿入される。ソールプレートは、開口部の周縁部８０にて槽上壁部に基礎ボルト３０で固定される。コラムパイプの上フランジ１１は、ソールプレートに載せられる。ソールプレートは、リング状であって上下方向を板厚方向ｔとする。ソールプレートは、第１プレート２５と第２プレート２６とで周方向Ｔに分割される。第１プレートは、第１本体部２５ａ及び第１接続部２５ｂ，２５ｃを含む。第２プレートは、第２本体部２６ａ及び第２接続部２６ｂ，２６ｃを含む。第１接続部及び第２接続部は、板厚方向の片側に偏在する。第１プレートと第２プレートとは、第１接続部と第２接続部とを板厚方向に重ね合わせることで面一になる。【選択図】図３
