TEMPORARY CONNECTION METHOD OF STEEL PIPE COLUMN
To provide a temporary connection method of steel pipe columns which can easily perform temporary connection of upper and lower steel pipe columns without causing cross-sectional loss in a steel pipe column and which leaves little remaining portion to be cut from a steel pipe column after a permanent connection is made.SOLUTION: A temporary connection method of steel pipe columns maintaining a relative position of a first steel pipe column to a second steel pipe column in advance when performing a permanent connection after plumbing the second steel pipe column on the first steel pipe column comprises: plumbing, on the first steel pipe column which has a threaded stud provided on an outer periphery of an upper end portion, the second steel pipe column which has a threaded stud provided on an outer periphery of a lower end portion at a position corresponding to the threaded stud of the first steel pipe column; arranging a connecting material which has bolt holes provided at a position corresponding to the threaded studs of the first steel pipe column and the second steel pipe column, on side surfaces of the first steel pipe column and the second steel pipe column so as to straddle the first steel pipe column and the second steel pipe column; and screwing a nut onto the threaded stud to frictionally join the connecting material, the first steel pipe column and the second steel pipe column.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】上下の鋼管柱の仮接続を、鋼管柱に断面欠損を生じることなく容易に実施でき、本接続された後の鋼管柱から切除すべき残存部分が少ない、鋼管柱の仮接続方法を提供する。【解決手段】第一の鋼管柱の上に第二の鋼管柱を建て入れた後本接続するに際し、第一の鋼管柱と第二の鋼管柱との相対位置を予め保持する、鋼管柱の仮接続方法であって、上端部の外周にねじ付きスタッドが設けられた第一の鋼管柱の上に、下端部の外周に第一の鋼管柱のねじ付きスタッドに対応する位置にねじ付きスタッドが設けられた第二の鋼管柱を建て入れ、第一の鋼管柱と第二の鋼管柱とを跨ぐように、第一の鋼管柱および第二の鋼管柱の側面に、第一の鋼管柱および第二の鋼管柱のねじ付きスタッドに対応する位置にボルト孔が設けられた接続材を配設し、ねじ付きスタッドにナットを螺入して、接続材と第一の鋼管柱と第二の鋼管柱とを摩擦接合する、鋼管柱の仮接続方法。【選択図】図3
