The present invention relates to an outer mixing type lane painting method capable of rapidly and accurately performing a painting work without problems caused by an existing device, as a coloring agent to be painted and a hardening agent are mixed in the outside, an area to be painted, instead of an internal space to maximize work efficiency to make relevant devices simplified and to facilitate the maintenance and repair of the relevant devices without a separate mixing space to mix the coloring agent and the hardening agent. The outer mixing type lane painting method comprises: a first step of removing remaining foreign materials from a surface to be painted while an air spraying unit (130) discharges air received through an air supply line (30) connected to a compressor to the surface at a set pressure; a second step of simultaneously spraying the coloring agent and the hardening agent to the surface to paint a lane by spraying the hardening agent to a hardening agent spraying unit (120) based on the set supply amount and pressure through a hardening agent supply line (20) connected to the hardening agent storage while spraying the coloring agent to a coloring agent spraying unit (110) based on the set supply amount and pressure through a coloring agent supply line (10) connected to one or more coloring agent storage; and a third step of spraying a bead onto the painted lane using a bead spraying unit (140) based on the set supply amount and pressure through a bead supply line (40) connected to one or more bead storage.
본 발명은 목적으로 하는 색상의 도색제와 경화제를 내부 공간이 아닌 도색 대상 영역인 외부에서 서로 혼합되게 유도함으로써 작업 효율성의 극대화를 구현할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 도색제와 경화제를 혼합하기 위한 별도의 믹싱 공간 부재로 인해 관련 장비의 간소화 및 유지 보수의 용이함을 확보할 수 있는 등 종래 장비로 인해 초래되던 제반 문제점을 불식시켜 보다 신속 정확한 도색작업이 실시될 수 있도록 구성되는 외부 혼합식 차선도색공법에 관한 것으로, 컴프레셔와 연계된 에어 공급라인(30)을 통해 기 설정된 압력의 공기가 에어 분사유닛(130)으로 제공됨에 따라 도색 작업이 요구되는 지면으로의 배출이 실시되면서 잔류 이물질을 제거하는 제1단계;와, 적어도 하나 이상의 도색제 저장조와 연계된 도색제 공급라인(10)을 통해 기 설정된 공급량과 압력에 기인하여 의도하는 색상의 도색제가 도색제 분사유닛(110)으로 분사 실시됨과 동시에 경화제 저장조와 연계된 경화제 공급라인(20)을 통해 기 설정된 공급량과 압력에 기인하여 해당 도색제가 경화제 분사유닛(120)으로 분사 실시됨으로써 대상 지면에 대해 도색제와 경화제의 동시 외부 분사가 이루어져 차선 도색이 실시되는 제2단계;와, 적어도 하나 이상의 비드 저장조와 연계된 비드 공급라인(40)을 통해 기 설정된 공급량과 압력에 기인하여 해당 비드가 비드 분사유닛(140)으로 제공됨으로써 도색된 차선 상방으로 분사 실시되는 제3단계;를 순차 거쳐서 이루어진다.
