Lane painting device for repairing lanes and lane painting method using the same
The present invention relates to a lane painting apparatus for repairing lanes by using a vehicle and a lane painting method using the same. The lane painting apparatus comprises: the vehicle which is able to drive on a road; a paint storage unit mounted on the vehicle; a paint spray nozzle which sprays the paint supplied from the paint storage unit; an actuator which allows the paint spray nozzle to be movable; a camera which photographs a lane part to be painted; a display which displays the image transmitted from the camera; and a control unit which controls the paint spray nozzle and the actuator based on the image photographed by the camera. At first, a worker paints a part of the lane to be repaired including border parts, and the camera photographs the lanes to be repaired including the firstly painted parts. The control unit displays a border line, which is extended from both border lines of the firstly painted parts, and a repair line, which is detected for the lane to be repaired, on the display. The control unit controls the paint spray nozzle based on the border line and the repair line. Accordingly, the present invention is able to clearly set lane border lines for painting the lanes, control the paint spray nozzle for painting the lanes to be precisely located within the lane border lines, and reduce the required personnel and cost.
본 발명은 차량을 이용하여 차선을 보수하기 위한 차선 도색 장치 및 이를 이용한 차선 도색 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 차선 도색 장치는, 도로를 주행 가능한 차량; 상기 차량에 장착되는 도료 저장부; 상기 도료 저장부로부터 공급되는 도료를 분사하는 도료 분사노즐; 상기 도료 분사노즐을 이동 가능하게 하는 액츄에이터; 도색하기 위한 차선 부분을 촬영하는 카메라; 상기 카메라로부터 전송되는 영상을 표시하는 디스플레이; 상기 카메라에 의해 촬영되는 영상을 기초로 상기 도료 분사노즐과 상기 액츄에이터를 제어하는 제어부; 를 포함하고, 최초에 작업자가 경계 부분을 포함하여 보수할 차선의 일부분을 도색한 상태에서, 상기 카메라는 최초 도색 부분을 포함하여 보수할 차선을 촬영하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 카메라의 영상을 기초로 최초 도색 부분의 양쪽 경계선으로부터 연장되는 경계 라인과, 보수할 차선을 감지한 보수 라인을 디스플레이에 표시하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 경계 라인과 상기 보수 라인에 기초하여 상기 도료 분사노즐을 제어한다. 이러한 구성에 따르면, 차선을 도색하기 위한 차선 경계선을 명확하게 설정하면서 차선을 도색하는 도료 분사노즐이 차선 경계선 안에 정확하게 위치하도록 제어하여 인력과 비용을 절감할 수 있는 차선 도색 장치 및 이를 이용한 차선 도색 방법을 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a lane painting apparatus for repairing lanes by using a vehicle and a lane painting method using the same.
