RESIN COATING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR REINFORCING STEEL BAR
According to one aspect of the present invention, a device for coating surfaces of steel bars with resin during a process of transferring the steel bars for a structure comprises: a roller conveyor (10) for transferring a plurality of steel bars; a pre-processing unit (20) for jetting shot onto the surfaces of the steel bars; a coating cooling unit (30) for jetting resin onto the surfaces of the steel bars, and cooling the surfaces; and an inspection sorting unit (40) for sorting normal products from defective products by inspecting coated states of the steel bars. Therefore, in a manufacturing system for coating resin to prevent corrosion of the steel bars for a structure, normal and defective products are quickly sorted while coating quality for various standards of the steel bars is maintained, thereby increasing productivity.
본 발명의 일면에 의하면, 구조용 철근의 이송 과정에서 표면에 수지를 코팅하는 장치에 있어서: 다수의 철근을 이송하는 롤러컨베이어(10); 상기 철근의 표면에 숏트를 분사하는 전처리수단(20); 상기 철근의 표면에 수지를 분사하고 냉각을 수행하는 코팅냉각수단(30); 및 상기 철근의 코팅 상태를 검사하여 양품과 불량품을 선별하는 검사선별수단(40);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 구조용 철근의 부식 방지를 위한 수지코팅을 수행하는 양산시스템에 있어서 다양한 규격의 철근에 대응하여 코팅 품질을 유지하면서 양품과 불량품을 신속하게 처리하여 생산성을 향상하는 효과가 있다.
