JOINING STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF HOLLOW BLOCK FOR A HOLLOW DOOR
The present invention relates to a joined structure of a hollow block for a hollow door and a joining method thereof. The joined structure of the hollow block comprises: a first female type-coupling part (3); an insertion through-hole (5); a mediation plate (7); a second female type-coupling part (9); a second male type-coupling part (11); and a first male type-coupling part (13). The first female type-coupling part (3) is extended in parallel with the plate surface of the inner end-resisting force plate (21) of a first hollow block (20). The insertion through-hole (5) is formed by simultaneously cutting the first female type-coupling part (3) and the inner end-resisting force plate (21). The mediation plate (7) has a female type-fastening piece (71) formed on a surface thereof, the female type-fastening piece (7) arranged with the first female type-coupling part (3) when the female type-fastening piece (7) is fixedly inserted into the insertion through-hole (5). The second female type-coupling part (9) is extended in parallel with the plate surface of the resisting force plate (31) of the second hollow block (30) coming in contact with the first hollow block (20) in a perpendicular manner. The second male type-coupling part (11) fixates the mediation plate (7) to an end of the second female type-coupling part (9). The first male type-coupling part (13) joins the first hollow block (20) with the second hollow block (30) to be perpendicular to each other. Therefore, the first hollow block and the second hollow block are joined using the mediation plate separated from the first hollow block and fixated to the second hollow block, thereby manufacturing the hollow door. Therefore, work efficiency and productivity can be maximized by joining the hollow blocks.
본 발명은 중공문짝용 중공블럭의 접합구조 및 접합방법에 관한 것으로, 이 접합구조(1)는 제1 중공블럭(20)의 내측단 내력판(21) 판면을 따라 나란하게 연장된 제1 암형 체결부(3); 상기 제1 암형 체결부(3)와 상기 내측단 내력판(21)을 동시에 절단하여 관통한 삽통공(5); 상기 삽통공(5)에 끼워맞춤된 때 상기 제1 암형 체결부(3)와 정렬되는 암형 체결편(71)이 판면에 형성된 매개판(7); 상기 제1 중공블럭(20)에 직교하도록 접촉되는 제2 중공블럭(30)의 내력판(31) 판면을 따라 나란하게 연장된 제2 암형 체결부(9); 상기 매개판(7)을 상기 제2 암형 체결부(9) 말단에 고정하는 제2 수형 체결부(11); 및 상기 제1 중공블럭(20)과 상기 제2 중공블럭(30)을 직교 상태로 접합시키는 제1 수형 체결부(13);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 제1 중공블럭에서 분리되어 제2 중공블럭에 고정되는 매개판을 이용해 제1 및 제2 중공블럭을 접합하여 중공문짝을 제작하므로, 중공블럭의 접합에 따른 작업 효율성 및 생산성을 극대화시킬 수 있게 된다.
JOINING STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF HOLLOW BLOCK FOR A HOLLOW DOOR
The present invention relates to a joined structure of a hollow block for a hollow door and a joining method thereof. The joined structure of the hollow block comprises: a first female type-coupling part (3); an insertion through-hole (5); a mediation plate (7); a second female type-coupling part (9); a second male type-coupling part (11); and a first male type-coupling part (13). The first female type-coupling part (3) is extended in parallel with the plate surface of the inner end-resisting force plate (21) of a first hollow block (20). The insertion through-hole (5) is formed by simultaneously cutting the first female type-coupling part (3) and the inner end-resisting force plate (21). The mediation plate (7) has a female type-fastening piece (71) formed on a surface thereof, the female type-fastening piece (7) arranged with the first female type-coupling part (3) when the female type-fastening piece (7) is fixedly inserted into the insertion through-hole (5). The second female type-coupling part (9) is extended in parallel with the plate surface of the resisting force plate (31) of the second hollow block (30) coming in contact with the first hollow block (20) in a perpendicular manner. The second male type-coupling part (11) fixates the mediation plate (7) to an end of the second female type-coupling part (9). The first male type-coupling part (13) joins the first hollow block (20) with the second hollow block (30) to be perpendicular to each other. Therefore, the first hollow block and the second hollow block are joined using the mediation plate separated from the first hollow block and fixated to the second hollow block, thereby manufacturing the hollow door. Therefore, work efficiency and productivity can be maximized by joining the hollow blocks.
