Combing Structure And Method Of Hollow Block For A Hollow Door
The present invention relates to a structure and a method for combining the hollow blocks of a hollow door. The combining structure (1) according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises: a door roller adjusting hole (3) which is open in the lower end of an outer corner plate (6) of a longitudinal hollow block (30); female combining members (5) which are extended side by side along a plate surface in the outer lateral load plate (6) of a transverse hollow block (40) extended to the left and right sides of a hollow door (10); a combining hole (7) which is penetrated to be positioned on the same axis as the female combining members (5); and a male combining member (9) which combines the longitudinal hollow block (30) with the transverse hollow block (40) by being combined with the female combining members (5) by being inserted into the combining hole (7) through the door roller adjusting hole (3) in the outside. Thus, the present invention is able to maximize work efficiency for the coupling of hollow blocks by combining the male combining member with the female combining members of the transverse hollow block through the combining hole by processing the combining hole in the inner longitudinal load plate of the longitudinal hollow block by using the door roller adjusting hole which is open in the lower end of the outer corner plate of the longitudinal hollow block in order to adjust a door roller.
본 발명은 중공문짝의 중공블럭 결합구조 및 결합방법에 관한 것으로, 제1 실시예에 따른 결합구조(1)는 종방향 중공블럭(30)의 외측 모서리판재(6) 하단에 개방되는 호차조정공(3); 상기 중공문짝(10)의 좌우로 연장된 횡방향 중공블럭(40)의 외측 횡내력판재(6)에 판면을 따라 나란하게 연장된 암형 체결부재(5); 상기 암형 체결부재(5)와 동축 상에 위치하도록 관통되는 체결공(7); 및 외부에서 상기 호차조정공(3)을 통해 상기 체결공(7)에 끼워져 상기 암형 체결부재(5)에 체결됨으로써, 상기 종방향 중공블럭(30)과 상기 횡방향 중공블럭(40)을 결합시키는 수형 체결부재(9);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 호차를 조정하기 위해 종방향 중공블럭의 외측 모서리판재 하단에 개방된 호차조정공을 이용해 종방향 중공블럭의 내측 종내력판재에 체결공을 가공하고, 이 체결공을 통해 수형 체결부재를 횡방향 중공블럭의 암형 체결부재에 결합함으로써 중공블럭의 결합에 따른 작업 효율성을 극대화시킬 수 있게 된다.
