PHC PILE CONNECTING STRUCTURE COMPRISING SHORTENED PHC PILE WITH REINFORCED HEAD FOR FOOTING FOUNDATION
The present invention relates to a PHC pile connecting structure for connecting PHC piles to upper and lower sides, and more particularly, to a PHC pile connecting structure including a lower PHC pile, a shortened upper PHC pile to which a steel bar for footing foundation is connected, a corrugated bonding member provided in a connection portion of the lower PHC pile and the upper PHC pile, and a detachable pile binding member as a semicircular member outwardly inserted into the corrugated bonding member to tightly cover the corrugated bonding member. According to the PHC pile connecting structure of the present invention, a pile is at least bisected, and the lower pile is configured as a pile in a standard size having resistance to shearing force, and the upper pile is shortened to facilitate a connection operation with a footing foundation, as well as having resistance to shearing force. Since a lower portion of the upper PHC pile, rather than an upper portion thereof, is cut to be connected, a head organizing operation is not required, and when the pile is cut, a wasted length of a pile is minimized to reduce material cost. Also, since the lower pile and the upper pile can be simply connected mechanically through the corrugated bonding member provided on an outer circumferential surface of the pile, a welding operation is not required, reducing equipment and manpower, and a work time is shortened to considerably reduce overall construction cost and time.
본 발명은 PHC 말뚝을 상하부에 연결하는 PHC 말뚝 연결 구조에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 하부 PHC 말뚝, 확대 기초 결합용 철근이 연결되어 있는 단형의 상부 PHC 말뚝 및 상기 하부 PHC 말뚝과 상부 PHC 말뚝의 연결 부위에 파형 접합 부재를 구비하고 상기 파형 접합 부재를 외측에서 끼우는 방식으로 밀착 감싸는 분리된 반원형 구재로 구성된 말뚝 결속 부재로 구성된 PHC 말뚝 연결 구조를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 PHC 말뚝 연결 구조에 따르면 말뚝을 최소 2등분으로 나누어 하부 말뚝은 전단력에 대한 저항력을 갖는 규격 크기의 말뚝으로 구성하고 상부 말뚝은 전단력에 대한 저항력을 갖는 동시에 확대 기초와의 연결 작업이 용이하도록 단형으로 구성되며, 상부 PHC 말뚝의 상부가 아닌 하부를 절단하여 연결될 수 있으므로 두부 정리 작업이 필요 없고, 말뚝 절단시에도 폐기되는 말뚝 길이를 최소화하여 자재비를 절감할 수 있는 동시에, 상기 하부 말뚝과 상부 말뚝을 연결함에 있어서도 말뚝의 외주면에 구비된 파형 접합 부재를 통해 기계식으로 간단히 연결할 수 있으므로 용접 작업을 필요로 하지 않아 장비와 인력 소모를 줄일 수 있고 작업 시간을 단축시켜 전체 시공 비용과 시공 시간을 획기적으로 절감할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
